you can always do this by right-clicking on the file (.svg) and choose properties, then click the change button.

OEM microphone not showing anywhere

Have you checked device manager to see if perhaps it's missing the drivers? Tiny 11 wouldn't affect anything other than perhaps not having the drivers preinstalled. Is this a laptop...
