Could I add that there should ideally be an option for this to also be promoted to the Windows 11 new context menu as well, but maybe as a submenu...
Same for the Resize Pictures addin. 
Have exactly the same problem on my laptop. Works with command line, fails (at least first attempt) from GUI.
