Make it possible to control the vtx (channel, band, power) on Diatone SP3-VTX

Can't change rc rate above 1.0, You can decrease it but not increase it above 1.0. I have mine at 1.75. don't know if it's the same for rate (expo).

Add library.json file for PatformIO please

A quick question, Is it possible to have all the channels selectable via the app, is it a Arduino limitation or is the code not complete? Nice work man :1st_place_medal:...
