Make it possible to control the vtx (channel, band, power) on Diatone SP3-VTX

It's ordered and I am already working on supporting all 4 types of VTX

  • IRC Tramp
  • TBS Unify
  • OpenVTX
  • RTC6705 (like the Diatone you mention)
