It's the problem with shaders. Either use different shaders or don't use any at all.
Maybe. It's worth to mention that I'm also in Windows 11 insider's build and you are prob. on stable. And I'm not overwriting my taskbar with any software.
If you have back / forward button on your mouse, they work just fine. But alt+. and alt+, would be a good addition, that's true.

Try a different launcher. Feather currently breaks Replay Mod and we can't do anything to help you with that. I recommend using normal Minecraft Launcher or Modrinth Launcher.
