From what Linda (our Admin) testes Replay mod 1.21 will work on 1.21.1. Update is not needed.

Is Replay Mod the only mod you use? Replay Mod should not allow you to open any inventories or containers nor render any GUI.
Replay Mod does not officially support mobile devices.
