支持吗？是ge还是执行成功（比如正常赋予tag），但是属性由于找不到就不添加modifier？

GameplayEffectContainer._gameplayEffectSpecs这个list的作用是做什么的？

GAS里面倒是有GESpec和ActiveGE两层概念，但是看你的这个代码又不像是为了这两层概念。 所以不知道你这里多维护一个全部gelist的想法是什么，想请教下。
