I had similar issue, and it seems that only solution is to build windows executable on windows - either VM or native. see this comment for more: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/1075#issuecomment-362220859

is there any update on this? I don't think reusable formGroup is a valid solution here. It should be possible to have multiple levels of CVAs without any fancy logic...
