Don't see TemporalUpscaler in RE2 at all

Hello I downloaded this dll file: https://github.com/praydog/REFramework/releases/download/v1.5.9.1/RE2.zip I'm using DLSS 3.7.0 dll But I don't see the option "TemporalUpscaler in the RE GUI at all: What did I do wrong?
