+1, i would love to be able to group mods like Mod Organizer 2 for Skyrim edit: Also, possible dupe of #880

Instead of / as well as buttons, i'd love to have a context menu button for grouping when you right click a mod, and drag-and-drop functionality

Still happens on OptiFine_1.18.2_HD_U_H7 and journeymap-1.18.2-5.8.4 for me as well 

Seems to work with youtube playlists, however.
