Docs: HASH_SALT in fly.io example is not documented in list of environment variables

Thanks for the info mikecao. So, I would suggest to include the old variable in the documentation page, but telling the used that it's now deprecated for v2.

+1 It's the only ticketing system that has the features I was searching on a open-source and selfhosted solution: simplicity, no extra tools (kanban board, email server, roadmap, etc, etc...),...

I had a permission problem when I mounted the data volume. Trying to specify a user also didn't work.
