Hey, do you have any other Discord API wrapper installed for python? If yes you have to uninstall it and only have `pip install py-cord=2.4.1` Installed!
Currently, both the discord_id and ticket_channel (which is the channel ID) are stored in the database. The discord_id is used to check whether a user already has an open ticket....
