The internet is connected, I can play the other video. 

It doesn't repro on browser, only repro on offline app now.

Same issue for **Arcade offline build**: **arcade version**: [1.10.34] **Microsoft MakeCode version**: [8.3.7] 

The issue only repro if you start to record from **GAME OVER**. Otherwise, the issue won't repro. 

Recorded gif still shows not completely if you start to record from **GAME OVER**.

Still will show "**Copy | Look up**" above sim if you press **up** arrow key.
