Describe the bug Recorded gif shows not completely in Share Project interface

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta# 2.Share Project---->Start Recording---->Stop Recording 3.Observe the recorded gif

Expect behavior The recorded gif shows completely. 4

Actual behavior Recorded gif shows not completely in Share Project interface. And I found the issue happens if you start to record from GAME OVER. Otherwise the issue won't happen. 3

Additional context 1.OS: Windows(rs6) 2.arcade version: 1.3.13 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 6.5.2

The issue only repro if you start to record from GAME OVER. Otherwise, the issue won't repro. 1
