Describe the bug Hardware: Can't play the video

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Nabigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#editor 2.Help--->Hardware 3.Click the video in the hardware doc

Expect behavior Play the video successfully

Actual behavior Can't play the video in the hardware doc The error is:

@Sheila111 is this when you connected to internet or when the internet was disonnected?

The internet is connected, I can play the other video.

It doesn't repro on browser, only repro on offline app now.

I can reproduce this in the electron app.
