Digging deeper, I found [this doc](https://timeline.knightlab.com/docs/instantiate-a-timeline.html#local_files), and the compiled versions are [explained here](https://cdn.knightlab.com), so the new compiled version is [downloadable here](https://cdn.knightlab.com/libs/timeline3/3.9.5/timeline3.zip). It is now minified (at the contrary of 3.6.5).
