How can we create the saml single sign on certificate with Terraform for Azure AD enterprise app? Is this supported? Now I have to create the signing certificate from UI....

We are migrating multiple organization to single organization and I would like to lock target organization workspaces before we have migrated states. Really surprised that there is not lock option...

Any news about this? I'm using tflint for cloud specific linting/rule check, for example to lint Azure VM sizes and naming conventions. Is such functionality possible with native tools?
