i don't think i have a dedicated sound card for my notebook, and yes, video editors do get audio out normally, i do not have problem with them. and here...
my windows is version 1909 build 18363.778. here is the screenshots that you requested.   also tried compatibility mode but did'nt change anything. nor the english mode

sorry, i don't understand english fully so these recovery steps are kinda complicated for me to do. i aint that good with those things too
i just checked it, and no, it doesn't have the audio file in the folder.
