I've just checked now and the conspiracies weren't added to my main quest card pool after conceding, it must handle that.

It continues to pick Sliver on subsequent casts, which also shouldn't be possible:  It wasn't activating the ability, so I took over its turn, and it drew a card...

Seen it a few more times now - looks like the AI ignores the tapping cost or taps the lands it's using anyway!

So I was later able to play this as a saved draft. Muzzio's Preparations, Immediate Action and Secrets of Paradise. However, trying again now (different install but up to date)...

Okay I restarted and applied a new snapshot and this seems to be working again for the Conspiracy one cards! Will look again and close if appropriate.

Ah, I think I see what the specific issue is. In booster draft mode with a saved deck, the conspiracy cards can be added to the "conspiracy" deck segment, and...
