AI makes illegal choices when triggering Volo's Journal
Windows, current snapshot.
The AI had Volo, Itinerant Scholar [CLB], and his journal. It cast Shimmering Efreet [VIS] which has the creature type Efreet, triggering journal, and chose Sliver. There's no effect making that a valid choice. I tested it myself and was correctly limited to choosing types that the spell actually had, so I guess it's just that the AI choice isn't made from the restricted set.
It continues to pick Sliver on subsequent casts, which also shouldn't be possible:
It wasn't activating the ability, so I took over its turn, and it drew a card for each individual instance of "Sliver". This is probably correct, it just shouldn't be possible to note the same creature type multiple times without some other effect. I cast some more creatures while in control of the AI and the ability triggered normally. I checked that "Sliver" wasn't just the word showing incorrectly, but it let me choose Efreet as well.
However, it correctly didn't get another creature type noted when it cast a morph creature.
