Replacing 4 and 1 with new ideas as https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/issues/907#issuecomment-955639305 is better alternative for the old ones.
Instead of a single toggle for all, a drop-down menu with checkboxes for each segment type would be better. A seperate checkbox `Remember for this channel` could be added too.
