Conditional auto-skipping

One might want to watch a certain type of segment in isolation but might want it to be skipped when immediately followed by another type of a segment. For example, I would like to be able to auto-skip filler tangent plus intermission combinations, but not auto-skip either type of segment when they are alone.

What conditions should be added? Consecutive segments, duration, segment type? So many conditions are kinda confusing.

Wouldn't #435 suit your needs?
