We'll look at merging that pull, but we've also introduced some new process that _should_ get rid of them all.

Yeah, I'm kind of crazy about them, but the formatting script that I'll be using on all the InDesign exports, introduced in b921d1f22627d4993bdabf9df5bee8b1bfad899c, will automatically correct them all.

h1 is the correct tag, ClassName was from an older version where we weren't trying to be html-compatible. I'll fix it.

I've dug into this a bit more. First off, the a:hover style seems to be a problem when linking within a page. With that gone Baker 3.0 links to anchors...
