em-dash & en-dash Cleanup

I'm the only one who does em-dashes right. There's no space—like this. No half-assed double hyphens--this sucks.

en-dashes for all numerical ranges. Yes, that means every 7-9 should be 7–9.

Helpful hint: Mac keyboard shortcuts are option-shift-hyphen and option-hyphen.

I'm glad someone else noticed this madness. I fixed all the en dashes that should really be em dashes in https://github.com/Sagelt/Dungeon-World/pull/127

We'll look at merging that pull, but we've also introduced some new process that should get rid of them all.

I did a lot of fixing of em-dashes wherever I saw them in the editing pass too. You are definitely not the only one who knows how to do them right.

I did not change any numerical ranges to en-dashes. That's a less rigorously followed convention.

Yeah, I'm kind of crazy about them, but the formatting script that I'll be using on all the InDesign exports, introduced in b921d1f22627d4993bdabf9df5bee8b1bfad899c, will automatically correct them all.
