We have a UWaterloo summer student starting next week who will be taking a look at integrating the final version of SLH-DSA into liboqs.

Hi @stormdz2, thanks for the information. We have a team member currently working on integrating an implementation of FIPS 205 from a different upstream source (not PQClean).

For what it's worth, I'm also not seeing any pending CI jobs here, and I certainly have perms to unblock them. I wonder if it's because there's a merge conflict...
