Because it can't specify what would be in a hypothetical GPLv4. It does specify that 2 & 3 are incompatible with AGPL.

This really should be an audit or at least fail the build since comments never stopped anyone from updating dependents.

Seeing how we only downgrade dependencies that are broken I don't think we want to merge this.

That doc doesn't say you need to assign it to a variable though. It just documents how it's defined in brew.

The header fix looks like it should go upstream.
