fix(iOS): Allow the original delegate to handle non-Notifee notifications first

Tried this. `messaging().getInitialNotification()` works now when iOS app is terminated.

getInitialNotification not working on iOS

PR https://github.com/invertase/notifee/pull/985 appears to be a fix for this. I have tested it and iOS terminated state now picks messaging().getInitialNotification. So wait this PR to be merged officially or patch...
