Unfotunately, this seems broken as well. Tested on Win10, it opens as a fullscreen app (not in a window) - and changing it to window mode broke all the visible...

The exit dialog not showing seems to be the problem. Same happens when you try to rename a layer: the dialog doesn't show - but if you type the name...
