The only items that should stream for npc's are checkpoints, race checkpoints, pickups and gangzones/areas as the rest is just unnecessary.

What pickup type did you use? Did you use proper coordinates? etc.

@samp-incognito a way to improve the performance with many areas would be to only check X areas each streamer-tick. A simple "Que system" should be sufficient in this case, but...
