Can't directly move to MySQL 8 ? MySQL 5.7 EOL was 20 Sep 2023.
It should be already the case, when a comms is performed via web panel, player is mute/gagged ingame directly. What version of web + sbcomms are you using ?
Could you give a try with latest release ? For me it was because you're running an old version of the web panel or game server plugins outdated. We're missing...
Could you verify your user permission ? I was unable to repro this issue, also this issue can't occure on comms list, the tickbox feature is not implanted in it...
For me, their is a reason why the installer is semi-hidden and not showed as link. But you are right on the update of requierements during install (php..)
