Support a differentiation between "private" compendium packs (the way that they work now in V10) vs simply "not displayed" compendium packs which are still open to be referenced but are concealed from the sidebar.

It would be great if the module developer could also mark the compendium as "globally-hidden" so it's also hidden from the GM - that would be useful for content modules...

Paladins Caster Level is mis-calculated
