The provided bootnodes seem to be offline. Added this commit to enable the CI: https://github.com/moonbeam-foundation/frontier/commit/4ab4997e8ffc9e3ef6a947839462f7b17f698138 We need to merge the changes from moonbeam-polkadot-stable2409 to this branch and fix all PoV related errors.
