Add-JiraIssueAttachment Not adding the attachment in the cloud.

When I run `add-JiraIssueAttachment -FilePath "C:\AWS.csv" -Issue TEST-001 -Credential $cred` I get no input or output, there is just no attachment to the issue and I've also tried `Get-JiraIssue TEST-001...
