Add-JiraIssueAttachment Not adding the attachment in the cloud.

When I run add-JiraIssueAttachment -FilePath "C:\AWS.csv" -Issue TEST-001 -Credential $cred I get no input or output, there is just no attachment to the issue and I've also tried Get-JiraIssue TEST-001 -Credential $cred | Add-JiraIssueAttachment -FilePath "C:\AWS.csv" but Add-JiraIssueAttachment can't take information from the pipeline.
