I will look into this. I have never transferred a repository, Instead I download the file, test it and then upload it.
I don't think I have the rights to add a user but I can definitely add the mod.
The description.html file references a 1942 scenario, but no such scenario exists in the games folder. Please advise.

After I finish the backlog of mods to add the in-game downloader, I will work on the documentation. It is actually fairly tricky.
