Not sure what to make of the test failure to `FuzzReplyChannelRange`. Nothing in this PR touches anything related to that...
Fixed the `lnwallet` failing case. Rebased on top of the latest version of `0-18-4-branch-rc1`.
Rebasing to target against the master branch, then we'll cherry-pick it into that v0.18.4 staging branch.
Removed from draft.
Pushed up a new version (CI was failing as we had two migration 30's). PTAL.
Will fix the collision issues in the burn tree PR. This is ready for review (no changes since my last push to fix CI after the rebase).
