notifications stopped working

At first I stopped getting Messenger notifications, but now I've also stopped receiving FB notifs too. Nexus 6P Stock ROM, Oreo 8.1.0 Security patch level 5th November

Getting messenger notifications even though they're disabled in settings

I have the opporsite problem – I'm only getting notifications for Facebook even though I have them switched on for Messenger too
