Auto Curve bugs

Changing config is basically a hard reset and the software "restarts" internally, it doesn't have any control over the transition.

GPU fans won't drop to 0 RPM unless fan curve is toggled off then on again

As of the 121 update, the app can no longer control my AMD Radeon 6650XT PowerColor HELLHOUND, it worked on V120.(I'm on Windows 11)

@hapklaar I can't see any change recently on that front that would affect resume from sleep.
