You swapped GPU sensor source. You got NvapiWrapper ticked in the settings right?
Can I see the fan curve ? Are you running the card between 1 and 30% anywhere in that curve? See the AMD section: https://getfancontrol.com/docs/
See the red graph in adrenaline? There is a "floor" you can't put the graph lower than. This same floor value must be respected in FanControl.
I meant the % value, not degree. FanControl can't override that floor. It's either 0, or like 33+ % or whatever your floor is.
