These dockerfiles are legacy at this point and should be used for reference only.

You have provided no context. What were you doing when this started, how can we replicate it, etc.

This does not resolve the issue at hand. The winget workflow is failing even with the `.exe` present.

What is the output of `xrandr --listmonitors`? And please paste your config file as well.
