Right now the prefixer will process elements that can't be namespaced (`body` and `head`, maybe others). The workaround so far has been to use the `transform` option added in #16...

Can't inline SVG in stylesheets

There's a problem with using this loader in that it makes in impossible to load SVGs in stylesheets. Would it be possible to change the output format to Data URI...
