Ubuntu 22.04 - system notifications do not work

Installed version: https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Electron/releases/download/3.8.12/rocketchat-3.8.12-linux-amd64.deb System notifications for rocket are on, notifications settings settings in rocket are on. The only notification I get is red dot on systray icon.
