I tested the last version 1.4.5.0 (20160604) and this issue doesn't occurs. So please try and test this version.

Which plugin are you installing _NSIS_ or _Inno Setup_?

Please include the windows version and OS Build that you are using. I tested in a new machine with Windows 10 v. 1703 Build 15063.540 and works fine.
