[Inno Setup] Bug with "Minimize"

Default VCL Styles installer Click "Browse->Cancel" then "Minimize"

Minimize button does not always work. That is like the installer is minimized but the form is still

I tested the last version 1.4.5.0 (20160604) and this issue doesn't occurs. So please try and test this version.

It is reproducible under Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 r2. You can try to compile the samples too - minimize button doesn't work. Reproduced with Windows 10 dark and blue themes too.
