Probably you have to wait until next release. Anyway you can test it using the demo viewer https://thatopen.github.io/engine_web-ifc/demo/ By pressing f12 you will see info about alignments

Last improvements in fuzzy bools library greatly reduced the issues in your model, still some bugs anyway.
