Monsters are exported to Improved Initiative with 1HP when using the Rule "Roll HP when adding combatant from statblock". HP is correct with this option turned off. 

Stat Blocks are not used from existing creatures when exported to Improved Initiative

Encounters exported to Improved Initiative do not use existing creature stat blocks. No stats, abilities, nothing except AC.
