Monsters exported to Improved Initiative with 1HP when using "Roll HP ..."

Monsters are exported to Improved Initiative with 1HP when using the Rule "Roll HP when adding combatant from statblock". HP is correct with this option turned off.

Could be a problem with KFC or with Improved Initiative, haven't investigated. Probably safest to assume it's a bug with KFC.

II v2.9.0 was released today. It seems to be working better. Most, but not all creatures are imported correctly.
