Yea i got past it manually, i just had to move another item to the top of the queue then reset the queue to remove the bugged archer.

I just had it happen again with another city. I queued several bombard armies, then clicked the X button to clear the queue. The production queue then became glitched.

Opened firefox today, tab session manager 44 loaded everything in the wrong order again. Not necessarily reversed, but jumbled up.
