Hmm, do you have a reproducible command I could try to debug for you. I think your example isn't "real" if I'm not mistaken.
They contain materials related to unreleased Skywater Technology under NDA. We'll have to regenerate them.

Metrics degraded slightly, but I created to PR to allow more than just 2 input nets. Once enabled there I see these metric regressions disappear.
Looks nice! Does the change to BFS affect the PPA?
Try running it under ASAN and UBSAN
