[Bug]: Parser breaks on documents with special characters

I had this happen in the following file, that does not seem to contain special characters: [DeusExText.zip](https://github.com/EliotVU/UnrealScript-Language-Service/files/12899162/DeusExText.zip)

"Too late to run INIT block at /usr/local/share/perl/5.34.0/Zonemaster/Engine.pm line 31." log message

It does not prevent it from running. However, I thought it would be good to report this since there shouldn't be any warning/error messages by default if everything runs fine.
